- Read Read and Read
- Write Write and Write
- Collaboration Collaboration and Collaboration
So these are so simple, no more fancy words. Though, I say this is simple and simple to remember, you need hard work and dedication for these principle to be part of your routine.
A question may come, why I bring this principle as an intellectual exercise among us? It is primarily because of my observations I made while in Nepal and outside of country. We know that history is enough to teach us those simple principles and put it in our practice. People tend to forget history easily and only remember the emotional part most of the time, even forgetting very essence of positive learning. So I would like to stress more on present rather than past. By talking and acting in present, future is for us to experience as it comes.
Read Read and Read
My first question !! Do we have enough reading culture. Definitely not !! We need to improve on it. We have many learned individuals in our society. They can be a role model to our younger generation by organizing literary gatherings where they can exchange and learn from each other. Various festivals can be used as an opportunity for all of us to be more creative and educational , rather than only sticking to cultural aspects.
Write Write and Write
One thing i have to agree that our guardians have tried to encourage reading and writing since they understood its value. Yearly magazine "Falo" is one testimony and we should not take it lightly. We should treasure this publication very dearly. Another important point that I can proudly state here is that we have established literary figure like Bhupi. He has been always a role model for all Nepali. There are also new budding poets, novelists and writers. We are always eager to hear more from them. But still, there is much to be done, if we want to establish ourselves at national and international arena. I strongly believe, we can do and we have character for it.
Collaboration Collaboration and Collaboration
It is only in unity, we all can grow so we create a conducive environment for our talents and capability us to flourish. It is only in collaboration that we can recognize those talents and encourage them to come forward. Therefore, we have a role to nurture these incipient natural gifts to flower and contribute in spheres of social market. I strongly believe, each of us is born with gifts and require only right environment for it to grow. There should not be distinction based on prevalent "divided" thought process of Nepali socio - political cultural dogma. We must be very careful of its influence and act fast on it and for this, healthy collaboration is need of the hour more than ever.
